Brocoli, bean and olive salad

Brocoli: 1/2 cup
Baby corn: 4-5
Mung sprouts: Handful
Sweet corn: Handful
Green peas: Handful
Cherry tomato: 6-7
Black olives: 1/4 cup

Olive oil: 3-4 tbs (if you are looking for shed few pounds, do not add more oil)
Black pepper: 2 tbs
Basil leaves: 10
Frech low fat dressing: 3 tbs
Lime juice: 2-3 tbs(optional)
Salt (optional) - I do not prefer to add extra salt to my salad.

Wash cut brocoli into small pieces, wash and cut baby corn into rings. Add them with green peas, sweet corn and mung sprouts. Cook in microwave or gas for about 6 minutes without adding any salt. Key is to cook all veggies upto 80%. Don't over cook them.

Drain off the water.

In a salad bowl, take dressing ingredients. Chop basil. Mix them all together.

Wash and cut cherry tomato into halves. Add to salad bowl. Add chopped black olives and boiled vegetable in the salad bowl. Toss it such that dressing is nicely mixed with salad.
