Oil free Rava dosa

Barik Rava/ fine semolina : 1 cup
Yogurt: 2 tbs
Ginger chili paste: 1 tbs
Onion: 1/2
Tomato: 1 small
Salt to taste.

Peel onion cut into small pieces and put it in blender.

Wash and cut tomato into small pieces and put it in blender.

Make smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl add rava and pour tomato onion gravy in it. Add ginger garlic paste, salt to taste. Mix well. Add 1 - 2 tbs yogurt and mix well. Add water if necessary. Mixture should be thick and spreadable. Let it set for 10 minutes.

Heat non stick flat pan and once it is very hot pour two big spoon of batter in the center of the pan and quickly spread out making thick round dosa like shape.

Cover it with a lid.

It will be cooked in 1-2 minutes and flip over when its light brown. Be careful when you flip on to other side. Dosa might break. So do it gently. After 1 minute dosa is ready.

It will taste even better if you add one table spoon of oil/ ghee while cooking dosa. Enjoy dosa with coriander chutney. Coconut can be bad for weight loss.
