Pesto veggie panini

Cibatta bread
Black olives sliced
Tomato slices
Onion slices
Basil leaves
Mild cheddar cheese
Pesto sauce
Olive oil
Rock salt
Freshly crushed pepper

Toast cibatta bread with olive oil.
Spread pesto sauce on them.
Add tomato slices, onion, olives, cheese slices, basil leaves, salt and pepper.
Toaste the sandwich again by applying olive oil.

Enjoy hot with sauce of your choice.
