Tacos

Tacos are simple and yet very yummy. Very easy to make and serves a well balanced meal if you add right ingredients in right amount and eat the proper portion size.

Makes 4-5 tacos.
Ingredients:
Red kidney beans: 300-400gms boiled
Avocado ripe: 1 (take half if you reduce the fat amount in your taco)
Onion: 1 medium
Tomato: 1 medium
Lettuce: Few leaves
Cheddar cheese:
Tomato sauce + maggie hot tomato sauce
or tomato salasa: few table spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander: handful
Taco shells: 4-5

Preparation:
Cut avocado in half. Take the seed off and then peel the skin off. This is the best way to cut avocado. Cut it into small pieces, add it to large bowl.

Peel and fine chop onions. Wash and fine chop tomatoes, lettuce and coriander. Add it to the bowl. Add kidney beans, sauces and mix well. Add salt if required.
Grate the cheese.
Cook taco shells as per instruction on the box. I normal warm it up for few minutes in preheated oven.
Fill up taco shells with the filling and add cheese on the top. Repeat the same for all taco and its ready to be served.
