Capsicum Chutney

Capsicum gives nice green color to the chutney. If you have less of coriander and have spare capsicum and you required to make chutney. Try this out and you will not be disappointed.

Green capsicum: 1/2 cup
Green chili: 2-3
Peanut: 8-10
Coriander: 1/2 cup
Lime juice: 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Garlic : 2 clove

Wash and cut capsicum into cubes. Clean and wash coriander. Add peanut to blender and crush it to powder. Add green chili and garlic and blend it to fine paste in the blender. Add remaining ingredient and blend it to chutney. Add little bit water if necessary.

Remember to add lime along with coriander or mint when ever you make chutney. This will keep chutney green.
