Tomato Coriander Chutney

Chutneys are of many form. I learn this one from a friend. This chutney can be enjoyed with almost anything. Stuff paratha, mutter pulav, dhokla etc.

Tomato: 1 medium
Coriander: 1 cup
Peanut: 8-12 (optional)
Mint leaves: 5-6 (optional)
Green chili: 3-4
Salt to taste
Cumin powder: 1tbs
Garlic: 1 clove (optional)
Ginger: 1 inch (optional)
Lemon juice: 1-2 tbs

Wash and cut tomatoes into big pieces. Clean and wash coriander.

Blender peanut into fine powder and add everything in the blender. Blend everything well to make chutney.
