Coriander Chutney

Ingredients:
Coriander: 1 cup
Peanuts: 10
Green chili: 2-3 depending how hot you want
Lime juice: 2-3 tbs
Water: little bit
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Wash and clean coriander.
Take blender jar and add peanuts in it and grind it to powder. Add green chili, coriander, lime juice salt to taste and little bit water to help grinding all the ingredients. Make into smooth paste and chutney is ready.

Note: Lime juice should be added along with coriander which will help chutney stay green.
Note: Water should not be added too much otherwise chutney will become too water.
Note: Peanute gives chutney its thickness. If you are short of peanuts, try adding "gathiya" or "daliya"
