Mint yogurt Chutney

Dry mint powder: 3tbs
Fresh mint leaves 8-10 and few drops of lemon juice.
Cumin powder: 1tbs
Salt to taste
Curd: 1cup
Garlic paste: 1/4 tbs (optional)

Stir curd to make smooth texture add water if necessary.

Add dry mint powder, salt to taste, cumin powder, garlic paste and mix well in blender.

Add this to curd stir till everything is mixed well.

If you want to make chutney with fresh mint, churn fresh mint leaves about 8-10 in mixture with all the ingredient along with few drops of lime juice and follow the same procedure. Lime juice will prevent mint to go black. Once the mixture is ready add immediately to curd otherwise your mint will go black.

This chutney can be enjoyed with kebabs, chaat, tikkas etc.
