Samosa chaat

This requires lot of preparation but recipe is absolutely worth it. Once you get the taste of it you are hooked with samosa chaat :).

One plate has one samosa. Following recipe shows one serving quantity. Increase the quantity accordingly.

Punjabi samosa: 1
Chole masala: 1/2 cups
Mint and corinader chutney : 2-3 tbs
Tamarind chutney : 2-3 tbs
Garlic chutney: 1 tbs
Onion: 1/2
Hung curd: 1/4 cup (optional)
Sev as required.
Chaat masala: as required
Coriander for garnish

1. In the serving plate put samosa in the centre and press it right in the middle of samosa and flatten it out so that it can be filled.
2. Add chole on the samosa and nicely cover it with chole layer.
3. Whisk the curd and cover it with another layer of hung curd and add chaat masala.
3. Add garlic, mint and coriander and tamarind chutney.
4. Sprinkle onions, chaat masala.
5. Cover a thin layer with sev and garnish with coriander.
