Dahi batata sev puri

One plate has 6 puri.

Ingredients:
Paani Puri's puri: 6

For stuffing:
Hung curd/ Dahi: 1 cup
Potato: 1 cup messed and boiled
Salt to taste
Red chili powder
Nylon sev: 1/2 cup

Chutneys: (check my blog for recipe)
Tamarind / Imali chutney: 3-4 tbs
Mint and coriander chutney: 3-4 tbs

Garnish:
Chaat masala: 2 tbs
Coriander chopped

Preparation:
In a plate take 6 puri. Take each puri and make small hole in it taking care that it doesn't break whole puri and makes a opening to fill it.

Mess boiled potato and add salt to taste and red chili powder to taste.

Take hung curd and stir it to make smooth pourable curd. Add pinch of salt and slight sugar in curd and mix well.

Fine chop coriander for garnish.

Fill each puri with potato stuffing so that it is filled 3/4. Now add imali chutney and mint chutney as per your taste in the puri. Add good amount of curd so that puri is now completely filled. Sprinkle red chili powder on each puri.

Now take nylon sev and place on each puri to make a small heap.

Garnish with chaat masala and coriander.

Dahi batata sev puri is ready.
