Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1/4 cup
Tomato: 1 small
Apple: 1/4 cup
Carrot: 1 small
Mint: Few leaves
Yogurt: 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar: 1/2 - 1 tbs
Chaat masala: 1/2 tbs
Preparation:
Wash everything and dice them into small cubes as shown in the picture. Roughly chop mint.
Add yogurt and if too thick add little bit of water. Salt to taste, chaat masala and sugar. Mix well.
Garnish with a mint leaf and serve chilled.
