2-3 tbs of french low fat dressing
1 tbs of jalapeno humus
1 tbs of nandos hot garlic sauce
Few drops of dark soya sauce
Basil leaves chopped: 3 tbs
Freshly crushed pepper
Few drops of olive oil
Add all to mixing bowl and give it a nice mix to make a smooth paste.
For salad:
Baby spinach: 1-2 cup: wash and roughly chop it.
Bread sticks: 2-3: cut it into small pieces by hands
Cucumber : 1/4 cup: wash and leave the skin on. Dice it into small cubes.
Carrot: 1/4 cup: Peel the skin and dice it into small cubes.
Cherry tomatoes: handful: cut it into half.
Tofu cubes / paneer: handful
Add everything but bread sticks in the mixing bowl and give a good mix. Warm up in microwave for 30 seconds so that dressing will leave it flavours into salad and veggies will taste even better.
Just before serving add bread stick pieces and stir little bit.
Enjoy yummy and spicy salad.
This salad has everything required for complete balanced meal. This is wonderful for weight loss.
