Bread pizza

This is the most simple recipe I have ever cooked and it turned out to be awesomely tasty. Makes about 4-6 bread pizza

Ingredients:
Green pepper: 1/2
Red pepper: 1/2
Onion: 1 medium
Tomato: 1 large
Whole wheat bread
Cheddar cheese: 1/2 - 1 cup grated
Carom seeds / ajwain: pinch
Tomato sauce: 4-5 tbs
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed peppers

Preparation:
Wash peppers and remove seed from the middle.Wash tomatoes and peel onions.Fine chop all of them and keep separate.

Heat the pan, add 1 tbs of olive oil add ajwain / carom seeds and once it starts to change color add onions stir for 1 minute, add peppers and after another minute add tomatoes.

Add salt to taste. Add tomato sauce.

Note: Do not make gravy too thin else it will make pizza soggy.
Stir it well for 2-3 minutes till everything becomes of same texture. Let gravy cool off for 5 minutes.

Lightly toast bread slices.

Add the gravy on top of bread like shown in the photo.

Add cheese as much as you like.

Now heat the flat pan and place bread slices on it and add few drops of oil on the sides of bread.

Cover with the lid and let it cook on medium flame.

Keep checking after 2-3 minutes. Bread should be crispy from the bottom and then take it off.

Garnish with freshly crushed pepper and bread pizza is ready. Add dry chili flakes for the hot kick for your taste buds.
