Butter salted popcorn

This recipe explains how to make popcorn :) at home. Lot of people use microwavable popcorn. This is incomparable to home made fresh popcorn. Nice buttery and crispy. Advantage is you can flavour it with what ever you want and you can control the fat and salt as much you want.

Makes: 1 large tub
Ingredients:
Whole corn: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Butter: 3 table spoon.

Preparation:
Heat large deep pan. Add butter and let it melt. Now add corns and stir it well.
Lower the heat and cover the lid. Wait for 2 minutes and corn will start to pop.
Wait till you see the pan will start to fill up with popped corns. This will take 4-5 minutes. If you are using hot plates towards the end otherwise your corns will burn.
Popcorn is ready. Take out the popcorn on to a large tray and add salt while it is still hot. Salt will melt in the hot popcorn.
Enjoy hot popcorns with your favorite movie :).
