Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1/2 cup diced
Tomato: 1 medium
Parsley: 10-12 sticks
Couscous: 1-2 tbs
Salt to taste:
Olive oil: 1 tbs
Lime juice: 2 tbs
Preparation:
Wash cucumber, tomato and parsley. Fine chop them. Cook couscous if not ready.
Mix everything together. Add salt to taste.
