I am not saying just by drinking this juice you will lose weight. But this will surely help you extra if you are doing your bit of working out and eating in moderation.

Ingredients:
Bitter guard: 1
Awala / Indian gooseberry: 2
Preparation:
Wash bitter guard and awalas. Cut awala by slices. Peel slight skin from guard and cut it from center and remove all the seeds and cut it into pieces.
Add them to blender.
Add 1/4 cup of water and crush it into liquid.
Filter them by squeezing all the juice and drink as soon as possible.
