Ingredients:
White radish/muli: 1 cup grated
Coriander: 1-2 tbs chopped
Mustard and cumin seeds: 1 to 1.5tbs
Oil: 1-2 tbs
Salt to taste
Curd: 1/2 cup
Water: 100ml (if curd is too thick)
Green chili: 1 tbs chopped
Sugar: pinch or two
Preparation:
Peel the skin off white radish. Wash nicely and dry it.
Grate radish.
On medium heat, place a pan. Add oil and once hot add mustard and cumin seeds. Add chopped green chilies once seeds start to splutter.
Add grated radish stir well. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add salt to taste and pinch of sugar or two according your taste. Finally add chopped coriander.
When radish is cooled off add this to stirred curd and add little bit water if required.
Serve along with meal and you will love it.
