Ingredients:
Noodles: 1 cup
Water: 2 cups
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat water 2 cups for 1 cup of noodles. Bring it to boil and add salt to taste. Now add noodles in it. Cook it till its 90% cooked.
Drain off all the water. Add 1-2 table spoon of oil in the noodles and shake it. This will prevent it to stick to each other.
Heat oil to fry noodles. Once oil is at frying temperature add noodles to fry. Fry it till its golden brown. Fry on medium heat. Remove it on cooking tissue and it will absorb extra oil.
This noodles can be used as garnish on Chinese soup or desserts.
