Ingredients:
Broad beans: 1 cup
Black olive: 2 table spoons slices
Beef tomato: 1/2
Rock salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper: 1 tea spoon
Italian herb mix: 2 tea spoon
Lime juice: 1 table spoon
Virgin olive oil: 1 table spoon
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl add olive oil, salt to taste, lime juice, Italian herb mix and pepper. Give it a good stir.
