Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1.5 cups
Coriander: 1/2 cup
Coconut: 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper
Preparation:
Wash cucumber and leave the skin on. All the nutrients are just below the skin and if you take the skin off you are taking all the goodness off the cucumber. Try to leave the skin of vegetables when possible.
Cut them into small cubes.
