Mango milkshake becomes regular evening or morning drink. It totally becomes replacement to my morning or evening tea during mango season.
It is very easy to make and amazingly tasty.
Serves 2:
Ingredients:
Kesar mango (any kind): 2 fully ripe
Milk: 2cups
Sugar: to taste
Preparation:
Soak mangoes before use. Peel the skin off.
Cut the pulp part and add it to blender. Keep few pieces for garnish.
Add milk, sugar and blend it together to make smooth shake.
Pour it into serving glass and garnish with mango pieces.
