Broad bean and olive salad

Broad beans are high in fiber and very good source of protein with low fat. Basically they are very good for health. Specially if you are on diet, this salad will full you up for long time.

Ingredients:
Broad beans: 1 cup
Black olive: 2 table spoons slices
Beef tomato: 1/2
Rock salt to taste
Freshly crushed pepper: 1 tea spoon
Italian herb mix: 2 tea spoon
Lime juice: 1 table spoon
Virgin olive oil: 1 table spoon

Preparation:
In a mixing bowl add olive oil, salt to taste, lime juice, Italian herb mix and pepper. Give it a good stir.
Par boil broad beans with salted water and rinse it off. Slice black olives. Wash tomatoes and cut it into small cubes. Add all in the salad dressing.
Mix well and serve.
