Til and shing dana chikki

Peanuts gives very good taste in til chikki.

I am using 1 cup sesame seeds and 1 cup peanuts and little less than 2 cups of jaggery. All the steps are exactly the same.

1 cup sesame seeds: roast it for 5 minutes on medium flame until they are crispy.
1 cup peanuts: roast it on medium flame
until they are crispy and remove the skin once they are cooled off a bit.

In the mixture plus it for once or twice to make coarse paste
and mix together with sesame seeds.

Mix sesame and peanut and measure it, take just little less quantity of jaggery.
