This is very simple recipe. Can be enjoyed as a side dish or with pulav rice or paratha.
Ingredients:
Boondi: 50-60 gms
Yogurt: 2 large spoon
Salt to taste
Cumin powder: 1 tbs
Chaat masala: 1/2 tbs
Red chili powder: 1/2 tbs
Coriander or mint : 3-4 sticks for garnish.
Preparation:
Soak 50-60 gms boondi in water. Wait for 10 minutes till boondi start to absorb water.
Add 2 large spoon of yogurt and mix well.
Add 1 tbs of cumin powder, 1/2 tbs of chaat masala, 1/2 tbs of red chili powder, pinch of sugar, salt to taste and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander or mint and serve. Keep in cold place or refrigerator for storage.
