Ingredients:
Spring onions: 2
Carrot: 1
Capsicum: 1/2 medium
Cabbage: 1/2 cup
Noodles: 2 cup
Salt to taste:
Oil:
Ajinomoto (Chinese salt): pinch (optional)
Sauce:
Red chili sauce: 4-5 table spoon
Tomato sauce: 3-4 table spoon
Schezwan sauce: 2 table spoon
Soya sauce: 1 table spoon
Preparation:
Click for recipe of Fried Noodles and keep it ready.
Sauces:
Mix all the sauce together and keep them ready.
Vegetables:
Wash vegetables nicely. Specially spring onions as they have lots of sand inside its leaves.
Finely chop cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onion and its leafy part. Keep them separated.
Heat the wok and add one table spoon of oil. Pinch of ajinomoto (optional). Add onions and stir till onions are translucent. Add Capsicum and stir for a minute. Carrot and do the same. Add cabbage in the end and add salt to taste. Cook until cabbage is slightly cooked.
Add the sauce and mix well.
Keep this ready and do the following step just before you are ready to serve and eat.
Chinese Bhel:
Mix fried noodles in the vegetables
Add leafy part of spring onions. Give it a good mix and serve hot or cold.
