Ingredients:
Mung sprout: 1 cup
Channa sprout: 1/2 cup
Peanut sprout: Handful
Bean sprout: Handful
Onion: 1 small
Tomato: 1 small
Ginger paste: 1tbs
Green Chili: 2
Soya sauce: 2tbs
Salt to taste
Lime juice: 1-2 tbs
Black pepper powder: 1tbs
Coriander for garnish
Preparation:
Boil mung and channa sprout till they are soft. Add some salt to taste while boiling.
Peel and fine chop onions. Wash and fine chop tomato. Fine chop green chili.
In mixing bowl, take soya sauce, ginger paste, green chili, lime juice, black pepper powder, salt to taste and mix well. If you like you can add little bit of garlic. (this is optional)
Now add onion and tomato and mix well. Add all the sprouts and mix well.
Garnish with corinader and serve hot or chilled.
